We provide emergency services to the greater Shelburne Falls area of Franklin County Massachusetts, including; The Village of Shelburne Falls, Ashfield, Buckland, Charlemont, Colrain, Hawley, Heath, Plainfield, Rowe, and Shelburne.

Fire/Rescue
The SFFD Fire Department provides fire suppression, rescue, and emergency response services to protect the community and support public safety.
EMS
The SFFD EMS provides emergency medical services and ambulance transport to the village of Shelburne Falls and surrounding Franklin County towns.
Water Department
The SFFD Water Department provides clean drinking water and maintains the local water system, supporting residents and businesses.
